[Resolved] Cloud Backup | Intermittent Errors within Control Panel | LON

On 13 February 2017, between 07:45 and 08:35 CST, customers may have experienced intermittent 502 errors when attempting to access the Cloud Backup section of the Cloud Control Panel for the LON region. Engineers restarted the web heads to resolve the issue.
