On 25 January 2017, from 10:38 CST to 14:36 CST, Cloud Servers engineers worked to resolve an issue affecting a portion of server instances in the DFW region. Engineers have brought all affected instances back online. During the time of impact, a portion of customers would have been unable to access their Cloud Server instances in the affected region.
